Work Environment

The work setting is onsite at our advanced surgical center, where teamwork and collaboration are paramount. The center operates weekdays from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule for our staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of patients suffering from various pain conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans that address individual patient needs.
• Order and interpret diagnostic imaging as necessary to inform treatment decisions effectively.
• Prescribe non-narcotic medications and recommend physical therapy options based on each patient’s specific situation.
• Monitor and manage patient progress through regular follow-ups, documenting findings and updating patient charts accurately.
• Communicate proactively with patients to address concerns, provide education about treatment options, and promote adherence to care plans.
• Engage with the broader healthcare team for case consultations and to enhance patient care protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily serve individuals experiencing chronic pain conditions, which may include but are not limited to, back pain, arthritis, neuropathic pain, and post-surgical pain management. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies or a related field is required.
• Current and valid State licensure as a Physician Assistant is essential.
• A minimum of 3 years of applicable experience in a clinical or surgical setting is preferred.
• Proven competency in conducting comprehensive physical examinations and diagnosing a variety of medical conditions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interactions and collaboration with the healthcare team.

Compensation and Benefits
