Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including taking medical histories, performing physical examinations, and providing accurate diagnoses of pain-related conditions under the supervision of licensed physicians.
• Formulate individualized treatment plans that may encompass medication management, physical therapy recommendations, and interventional pain management techniques.
• Perform procedures such as joint injections, trigger point injections, and assist in minor surgical interventions as needed, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process.
• Provide continuous follow-up care, monitoring patient progress, and adjusting treatment plans as required to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on managing pain effectively, including lifestyle modifications, treatment options, and preventive care measures.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate medical records in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will provide care to a diverse patient population experiencing a range of acute and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program, complemented by an active state licensure/certification as a Physician Assistant.

• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills to effectively identify patient needs and formulate appropriate treatment plans.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 150,000 to 180,000, based on experience and qualifications, along with potential bonuses.
