Work Environment

This position is located in White Plains, New York, within a vibrant community that supports a healthy work-life balance. You will primarily work onsite, seeing patients in both a clinical setting and through house calls, which allows for a unique, personalized approach to patient care. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, encompassing 40 hours per week with rotating Saturday coverage, offering flexibility in your workweek while ensuring comprehensive patient management.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Nurse Practitioner will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess both the physical and psychological health of patients, ensuring a holistic approach to their care.
• Identifying normal and abnormal clinical findings and documenting these observations accurately.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, as well as reassessing and modifying these plans as necessary during follow-up visits.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of prescribed medications and treatments by assessing both physical and emotional responses, allowing for timely interventions when needed.
• Administering immunizations as per recommended schedules and ensuring patients are compliant with preventive care measures.
• Fostering effective communication with both physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare providers to maintain a seamless flow of care and achieve optimal treatment outcomes.
• Maintaining thorough and accurate patient records, including initiating and updating the Problem/Medication list during each patient encounter.
• Ensuring that all documentation meets standards for completeness and accuracy, contributing to the organization’s quality of care and compliance efforts.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• A current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) License issued by the State of New York.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to adapt to and work with diverse populations effectively.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with 2-3 years of experience in cardiology or pain management are preferred. Experience working in a concierge or house call environment will be viewed favorably, as it aligns with our commitment to providing personalized, patient-first healthcare.

Compensation and Benefits
