Work Environment\n

This full-time position allows for flexible remote work arrangements while delivering care through a community health clinic framework. Our mental health professionals take advantage of modern telehealth tools and electronic health record (EHR) systems to provide seamless support to clients. Working Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, you may occasionally need to adjust your schedule to accommodate patient needs, ensuring we meet the diverse demands of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that consider patients' unique cultural backgrounds and personal experiences, facilitating the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy sessions that address a wide range of mental health concerns.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide coordinated care aimed at improving patient outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, remaining calm and composed while guiding patients through mental health emergencies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.

• A strong foundation in mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment strategies, and cultural competence in therapeutic practices is required.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and group therapy in a culturally responsive manner.

Compensation and Benefits\n
