Key Responsibilities

• Assess client needs by evaluating their physical condition through initial assessments and ongoing monitoring of progress.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment programs in accordance with the physician's plan of care, integrating evidence-based practices.
• Demonstrate clinical proficiency in administering therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques, exercise prescriptions, and modalities to enhance recovery.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on rehabilitation protocols, exercises to perform at home, and lifestyle modifications to prevent re-injury.
• Utilize appropriate documentation systems to track patient progress, ensuring accuracy and compliance with health regulations and organizational standards.
• Maintain open lines of communication with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes through collaborative care approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Spine and Joint Physical Therapy Center, you will work with a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on orthopedic patients recovering from surgeries and injuries. You will also have the chance to treat individuals from pediatric to geriatric demographics, including those with neurologic conditions and sports-related injuries. Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid license to practice physical therapy in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits
