Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand the individual needs of clients and create tailored treatment plans that harness their strengths.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed approaches.

• Act as a liaison, coordinating care and referrals with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, case managers, and educational staff.

• Document clinical interactions and treatment plans meticulously to ensure compliance with Medi-Cal requirements and maintain ethical standards in documentation.

• Engage in regular case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing training to enhance clinical skills and share best practices among colleagues.

• Provide advocacy and crisis intervention when necessary, empowering clients to navigate their social systems and access community resources effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including children and adolescents in school settings, individuals facing trauma, adults with co-occurring disorders, and marginalized communities. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of California, in good standing.
