Work Location: Sacramento County Job Description And Duties The Analyst II performs the most complex, journey-level analytical and technical work in support of Client Financial Services (CFS). The position acts as a liaison to Trust Offices at Porterville Developmental Centers and Canyon Springs Community Facility by providing program guidance, training, and technical assistance for Medi-Cal billing, trust operations, and the collection of cost of care provided to individuals assigned to these facilities. Provide program support by ensuring accurate and timely program billings, performing and reviewing internal compliance audits, assisting in preparation of the Medi-Cal Cost Report and audits conducted by the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS). Responsible for regularly conducting policy and regulatory research, staying current on applicable guidance to ensure program alignment with evolving requirements, and making recommendations to management. Effective July 1, 2025, State employees are subject to a salary reduction of three percent in exchange for five hours per month of the Personal Leave. Working Conditions Under Government Code 14200, this position is a hybrid, in-office/telework position, and may be subject to change.
