Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Protocall, you will:

• Conduct thorough patient intakes, focusing on diagnostic and functional evaluations, and to make informed recommendations regarding treatment plans.

• Advise primary care providers on the best course of action for their patients, determining when referrals to specialty mental health facilities are necessary.

• Initiate follow-ups to monitor patient progress and assess the effectiveness of treatment plans, modifying them as necessary.

• Develop relapse prevention strategies and empower patients to maintain stable functioning through ongoing support.

• Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and regulations.

• Consult with clinic management and interdisciplinary teams to evaluate behavioral services and recommend improvements based on patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
