Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions, directly within the outpatient office setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing diverse therapeutic methods, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and patient education.
• Monitor patient progress, document treatment outcomes, and adjust the care plan as necessary to ensure optimal rehabilitation.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and enhance patient outcomes.
• Provide training and support for patients and their families on home exercises and the proper use of assistive equipment to aid recovery.
• Commit to ongoing professional development through participation in educational workshops, reviewing current literature, and engaging with professional networks to stay updated on best practices.

Qualifications
