This full-time remote role will be pivotal in delivering comprehensive mental health services to individuals with varying psychiatric and medical challenges. Work Environment\n

This position will operate within a remote setting, allowing for flexibility while ensuring that our patients receive high-quality care. Your core working hours will be Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as patient needs dictate. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, evaluating the interplay between patients’ psychological and medical conditions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing intertwined medical and mental health challenges. Patients may present with various conditions such as chronic pain, anxiety and depression related to physical health, and substance use disorders, requiring tailored therapeutic interventions and a compassionate, understanding approach.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• Experience with integrated care methodologies, specifically in addressing mental health needs in patients with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.

• Ability to uphold professional boundaries and patient confidentiality, adhering to ethical practice standards.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and competency in relevant computer applications.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with extensive background in integrated care systems, crisis intervention, or specialized therapeutic modalities will be given preference.
