Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, considering the interplay between medical conditions and mental well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patients include individuals dealing with a range of mental health challenges, particularly those with co-occurring medical conditions such as autoimmune disorders, substance use disorders, and chronic pain. The ideal therapist will demonstrate a strong understanding of how mental health issues can be intertwined with physical health concerns, and possess a genuine desire to improve the overall health and quality of life of their clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.

• Proven experience in providing mental health services to individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with clients and collaborate with team members.

• Strong ability to maintain professional boundaries while adhering to ethical guidelines, facilitating a safe and respectful environment for all patients.

• Proficiency with electronic health record systems and other relevant computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n
