Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Conduct engaging group therapy sessions that foster connections among clients, allowing them to share experiences and support one another in a structured and safe environment.

• Individual Counseling: Provide thoughtful, individualized therapy sessions to help clients navigate their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while developing effective coping strategies and actionable plans for change.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMHC at our community health clinic, you will primarily serve young adults navigating a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional disturbances. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid and current Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
