Work Environment

You will be working onsite in our outpatient clinic located in the vibrant city of San Bernardino. The facility is designed to provide a welcoming atmosphere for patients and a collaborative workspace for staff. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for structured and predictable work hours. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions, outlining their functional limitations and strengths to create tailored treatment plans.
• Administer a variety of treatment modalities, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and advanced rehabilitation techniques to promote recovery.
• Educate patients and their families about their diagnoses, treatment options, and home exercise regimens to empower them in their rehabilitation journey.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care and optimal outcomes.
• Maintain precise and thorough documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy methodologies and integrate innovative techniques to provide the highest quality of care.
• Serve as a motivational support system for patients, fostering a positive mindset and encouraging them throughout their recovery processes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will work closely with a diverse patient demographic, including athletes, active adults, and seniors, whose rehabilitation needs vary widely. Through individualized therapy plans, you will be essential in guiding them towards their rehabilitation goals, emphasizing both functional improvement and overall well-being.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of California.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification upon hire, with ongoing maintenance required.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting, demonstrating ability to work with a varied patient population.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and experience in managing sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, or chronic pain conditions.

Compensation and Benefits

For full-time positions, we offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes:
