Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to create tailored treatment plans with measurable goals and timelines.
• Perform one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing advanced techniques including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise.
• Prepare and submit clinical documentation and progress summaries based on patient evaluations.
• Maintain open communication with other healthcare professionals involved in the patient's care to ensure a coordinated approach.
• Engage with current and prospective patients through follow-up calls, ensuring a personal touch in our service delivery.
• Lead small group fitness classes as needed, catering to the needs of clients seeking enhanced physical performance.
• Utilize high-end technology to complement traditional therapeutic methods, enhancing patient treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele consists primarily of highly motivated, active individuals aged 35 and older, including elite and professional athletes. We also provide services to children and teens with orthopedic conditions. Qualifications

• A valid California state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in physical therapy, demonstrating a solid track record of patient care and therapeutic success.

• A genuine commitment to professional development, with a willingness to continue learning and adapting practices.

Preferred Experience

• Experience or certification in Pilates, NAIOMT training, and IASTM is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
