This position operates within a fully remote framework, allowing for flexibility and adaptability to meet patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that respect and address each patient's unique cultural and personal experiences.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based approaches that align with the latest best practices in mental health counseling.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, fostering resilience and promoting mental wellness through structured interventions.

• Maintain complete and confidential patient records in accordance with legal obligations and ethical standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate in regular team meetings, contribute to case discussions, and engage in ongoing cultural competency training.

• Stay current with research findings and trends within the field of mental health to enhance care delivery and therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Currently licensed as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated experience in providing therapy that is responsive to the cultural needs of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
