Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families through virtual sessions using secure telehealth platforms.

• Conduct weekly supervision sessions for practicum students pursuing their clinical licensure, helping to develop their skills and confidence.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, social workers, and community resources, to deliver comprehensive care.

• Assess client needs and develop and implement tailored treatment plans that facilitate healing and personal growth.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client progress and therapeutic interventions in compliance with state and organizational regulations.

• Continuously stay updated on current research, best practices, and innovations in therapy to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
