Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, incorporating clinical interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Develop, implement, and continuously revise individualized treatment plans based on client needs and evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions with clients, utilizing both individual and group therapy modalities to address a range of mental health concerns.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients about various mental health topics, equipping them with the necessary tools and resources to navigate their challenges.

• Collaboratively refer clients to other professionals, including psychiatrists and social services, when additional support or specialized care is needed.

• Document all interactions and treatment plans in the EHR system in compliance with ethical standards and HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to team meetings by sharing insights and best practices.

The ideal candidate will work with a wide-ranging clientele, including individuals facing substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Georgia.

• Minimum of four years of relevant experience providing mental health counseling.
\n
• Thorough understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, demonstrated ability to manage challenging client situations with professionalism and composure.

• Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to establish rapport with diverse populations.

• Proficiency with electronic health record systems and basic computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n
