Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately diagnose client needs.

• Develop tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic practices that address individual goals.

• Implement therapeutic interventions, providing individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth.

• Maintain thorough and accurate therapeutic notes and documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Engage in regular collaboration with fellow clinicians and community agencies to optimize patient care.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a wide range of client demographics, including individuals, children, couples, and families, many of whom may be navigating complex mental health issues. Our community is diverse, with clients from various cultural and ethnic backgrounds. This role requires sensitivity to the unique needs of each client, emphasizing the importance of tailored therapeutic approaches. We encourage bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish or other languages, as we believe that linguistic proficiency can significantly enhance client relationships and care.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current registration and good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (CA BBS), holding either LMFT or LCSW licensure.

• Must be registered with CAQH and experienced working with insurance billing processes.
\n
• Proven clinical assessment and therapeutic skills with strong organizational capabilities.

• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated with the ability to navigate changing priorities in a growing practice.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience working with diverse populations and a variety of mental health disorders is highly desirable. Familiarity with specific therapeutic techniques and tools, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), may be advantageous. Experience in a remote work setting is also a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 . In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical and dental insurance for full-time employees. Bilingual therapists may receive an additional salary differential.
