Key Responsibilities\n

In your capacity as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your daily activities will be integral to the therapeutic process, including but not limited to:

• Conducting in-depth assessments to clearly understand clients' mental health histories, concerns, and treatment objectives.

• Developing comprehensive treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions through telehealth, ensuring that clients feel safe, respected, and understood.

• Offering immediate crisis intervention to assist clients who are experiencing acute mental health emergencies, guiding them to appropriate resources.

• Documenting treatment processes, progress notes, and assessments meticulously, adhering to all ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver holistic care that addresses all aspects of a client's health.

• Educating clients and their families on mental health issues and available treatments, while actively advocating for their rights and needs.

• Engaging in continuous professional development through training and workshops to stay current with evolving best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, such as LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, with an emphasis on therapeutic intervention.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, which foster a compassionate and trusting therapeutic relationship.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, candidates with additional experience in mental health settings or advanced therapeutic training will be considered favorably. Previous exposure to telehealth practices will also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus. In addition, you will receive:
