Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough individual and group counseling sessions, helping clients navigate their mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations of client progress.

• Facilitate therapeutic interventions, employing evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness strategies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation, adhering to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies regarding client privacy.

• Utilize various assessment tools to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and recommend appropriate community resources or referrals when necessary.

• Act as an advocate for clients, resolving issues and coordinating care, particularly in crisis situations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all clients.

• Engage in regular team meetings for case reviews, collaborative treatment planning, and sharing best practices to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
