Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians, assessing their physical abilities and limitations to develop coordinated treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions designed to address diverse conditions, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and sports-related issues.
• Monitor and document patient progress using standardized assessment tools and maintain accurate clinical records in our electronic health record system.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and exhibit strong interpersonal communication skills when interacting with patients and their families.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to maximize patient outcomes and ensure continuity of care.
• Educate and train patients and caregivers on appropriate therapeutic techniques and exercises for at-home application.
• Meet performance metrics and contribute to overall business objectives by ensuring patient satisfaction and retention.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will encounter a diverse patient population at our facility, ranging from young athletes recovering from sports injuries to older adults rehabilitating after surgery. Each day, you will apply your expertise to create tailored treatment plans that respect and incorporate the patients' unique needs and goals. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current state license in Physical Therapy to practice in Florida.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication skills, along with basic computer and word processing skills.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
