Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients with orthopedic conditions to develop customized treatment plans that address their specific needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions including hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and rehabilitation strategies tailored to individual patient goals.
• Instruct patients and their families on effective at-home exercises and self-management strategies, ensuring continued progress outside of therapy sessions.
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and cohesive care, sharing insights and recommendations for patient treatment.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient records, treatment plans, and progress reports to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facilitate seamless communication within the care team.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients with orthopedic concerns, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. You will be equipped to assess and treat a diverse range of patients of various ages, tackling a spectrum of orthopedic challenges to restore function and enhance quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• An active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in physical therapy, particularly focusing on orthopedic cases.
• Deep understanding and knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy and physiology, as well as relevant therapeutic modalities.
• Superior skills in manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and pain management strategies.

Compensation and Benefits
