Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, identifying specific physical impairments, pain levels, and functional limitations.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, detailing specific interventions adapted to each patient's unique needs and goals.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities to enhance recovery and improve mobility among patients undergoing rehabilitation.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary, ensuring the effectiveness of therapy provided and documenting all findings accurately.
• Engage in active communication with patients and their families, discussing progress, addressing concerns, and educating them about home exercise programs for continued recovery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, occupational therapists, and case managers to coordinate comprehensive care plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. These individuals often require tailored rehabilitation strategies to regain their strength, mobility, and confidence. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience in physical therapy or an allied field, preferably in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
