Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred for physical therapy, assessing their limitations, impairments, and overall functional capabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices to address each patient's unique needs, ensuring optimal recovery and rehabilitation outcomes.
• Effectively communicate with healthcare providers, patients, and their families regarding care plans, progress, and potential modifications to treatment strategies.
• Maintain meticulous records of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in accordance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.
• Oversee and mentor physical therapy assistants and interns, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of care are met.
• Actively participate in staff meetings, clinical education sessions, and professional development activities to enhance personal competence and team collaboration.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives to empower local populations about physical health and wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on patients with orthopedic conditions including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. As a Physical Therapist, your expertise will empower patients of all ages and backgrounds to regain mobility, strength, and their overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• A current State License in Physical Therapy is necessary for the execution of professional duties.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory to ensure the safety of our patients in emergency situations.
