Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs and functional limitations, crafting personalized treatment plans to address their specific goals.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques—such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities—to enhance patients' mobility and promote independence.
• Design and implement fitness and wellness programs that incorporate individual patient requirements, focusing on preventative care as well as rehabilitation.
• Document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans based on data and feedback to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care and discharge planning for each patient.
• Empower patients to adopt healthier lifestyles by educating them about maintaining strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

Comfort Care Physical Therapy offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
