Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians, developing detailed treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Implement various therapeutic interventions, utilizing advanced techniques to effectively address diverse conditions, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and sports medicine patients.
• Deliver consistent and exceptional customer service, contributing to the overall effectiveness and positive reputation of Deep Care Physical Therapy.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to employ evidence-based practices that maximize patient outcomes and rehab success.
• Provide therapeutic care not just at our facility but also in patients' homes where applicable, ensuring a holistic approach to recovery consistent with physician recommendations.
• Educate patients and their caregivers about therapeutic exercises and recovery strategies to empower them throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Achieve minimum utilization goals while actively working towards meeting other business objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid Physical Therapist license in the State of Florida.
• Graduation from an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective interaction with patients and team members.
• Proficient in word processing and familiar with electronic health records systems.

Preferred Experience
