Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients to determine their physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with best practices and access patients' unique needs.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment processes and home exercise plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary while adhering to clinical guidelines.
• Maintain open lines of communication with patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers to ensure a coordinated approach to care.
• Engage in regular team meetings, leadership functions, and community outreach initiatives to contribute to program development and quality improvement.
• Supervise and mentor support staff, ensuring they are effectively contributing to the patient care process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our rehabilitation center serves a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, stroke, and chronic pain conditions. You will work closely with patients of all ages, tailoring your approach to meet their specific needs. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid State License to practice Physical Therapy in Florida.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other relevant software tools.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

Strong Bodies Physical Therapy offers a robust compensation package with an annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, aligned with experience and qualifications.
