Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, including pre-crisis strategies, crisis plans, risk assessments, and positive behavior support plans.

• Complete and submit required documentation promptly, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and therapeutic methodologies as directed by the clinical team to assess client needs.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement positive behavior plans tailored to client needs.

• Engage actively in all licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with state regulations.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners, facilitating necessary connections for comprehensive client support.

• Establish and maintain effective communication channels to uphold contract standards and promote the mission of CenCal within the community.

• Foster relationships with local, state, and federal agencies, identifying potential partnerships and funding sources to enhance program development.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including attending workshops and representing the agency at statewide meetings and task forces.

• Promote and embody the agency’s mission, values, and principles within all interactions and responsibilities.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support organizational objectives.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The successful candidate will be compensated with a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000 yearly.
