Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Choice Physical Therapy & Wellness, you will work with a diverse group of patients, ranging from individuals facing anxiety and depression to those navigating more complex mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An active, unrestricted license to practice in Pennsylvania as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. Please note that limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience providing mental health therapy in clinical settings.

• Proven ability to make professional assessments and implement effective treatment plans based on patient needs.

• Strong interpersonal skills with an empathetic approach to patient care.

• Proficient computer skills, with experience using telehealth platforms, electronic health records (EHR), and other relevant technologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications, along with performance-based bonuses.
