Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough clinical assessments to identify client needs, employing solution-focused interventions to develop tailored treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other strategies specific to client requirements, facilitating effective therapy sessions.

• Maintain precise and confidential clinical documentation, adhering to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies to ensure client privacy and data integrity.

• Collaborate with a dynamic multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care plans and optimize treatment results.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to share insights, receive feedback, and promote a culture of continuous improvement in client care.

• Educate clients and their families on various mental health conditions, treatment methodologies, and local community resources, fostering a supportive network for continued recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position entails working with a diverse clientele presenting a range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.
