Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health issues, strengths, and resources while ensuring a supportive and empathetic environment.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions, including individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to meet each client's unique needs.

• Implement effective treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches to promote healing.

• Develop and oversee personalized treatment plans with specific goals and interventions, monitoring progress and adjusting approaches as necessary.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a holistic approach to client care and treatment coordination.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk management, including safety planning for clients in acute distress.
\n
• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring the integrity of client records.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, empowering clients through shared experiences and knowledge.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
