Your work schedule will typically run from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing for structured yet flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting in-depth individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Completing comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional health, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and are regularly adjusted based on progress and feedback.

• Providing crisis intervention services as needed, employing de-escalation techniques and creating safety plans tailored to individual risk factors.

• Delivering valuable education and resources to clients and their families regarding mental health challenges, coping strategies, and available community supports.

• Maintaining accurate and comprehensive client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and privacy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
