Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs during initial consultations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience providing mental health counseling.

• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment methodologies, and a demonstrated ability to implement culturally informed approaches.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to develop rapport with a diverse range of clients.

• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and a solid understanding of digital communication tools.
