Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' emotional needs and relationship dynamics, enabling you to develop effective therapy plans.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or systemic approaches tailored to client goals.

• Document client progress meticulously, noting both qualitative and quantitative changes, to ensure continuity of care and adherence to treatment plans.

• Regularly collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to share insights, case studies, and therapeutic strategies that enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Mending Within, you will work primarily with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples navigating relationship difficulties, and families coping with various life transitions. Many clients come to us for support with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting challenges, and familial conflicts. Your role will be to help them uncover underlying challenges and equip them with tools to foster resilience and harmony in their relationships.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• Current and valid LMFT license in the state of California.
\n
• Strong foundation in clinical practices, with a commitment to addressing the needs of diverse populations.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably within outpatient services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
