Key Responsibilities\n

• Coordinate referrals and work as a liaison between patients and external treatment providers to ensure seamless healthcare delivery.

• Provide education and mentorship to students, interns, and volunteers, thereby fostering the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
