Strategic Partner Manager

Owning top-tier restaurant relationships, the full-time Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships will manage key external stakeholder interactions, drive partner retention and satisfaction, and serve as a central point of connectivity across the American Express Global Dining organization. Key responsibilities Manage a portfolio of restaurant partners, ensuring strong relationship management and satisfaction Act as a center of excellence for projects impacting restaurant partners, collaborating with internal teams to align business goals Engage with B2B and B2C marketing to advocate for restaurant partner needs and drive industry partnerships Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in partnership management roles Bachelor's Degree or comparable experience and/or certifications Expertise in the hospitality and restaurant industry Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; prior experience with Salesforce preferred Demonstrated ability to influence and drive results in a global, cross-functional environment
