Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients who have been thoroughly prescreened to ensure they are stable and exhibit low acuity needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling is required.

• An independent license issued by the state board is necessary, including one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Limited or provisional licenses will not be accepted.

• Demonstrated ability to make sound evaluations, treatment recommendations, and decisions based on thorough clinical assessments.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a nurturing and understanding nature, to foster a strong therapeutic alliance with clients.

• Strong computer literacy skills to efficiently navigate digital tools used for virtual counseling and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, based on your caseload and relevant experience.
