Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough assessments to gauge clients' mental health concerns, develop accurate clinical diagnoses, and formulate tailored treatment plans that align with each client's goals and needs. \n Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant modalities. \n Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients facing acute mental health issues, ensuring supportive care during critical moments. \n Maintain meticulous client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, in strict compliance with ethical and legal guidelines to protect client confidentiality. \n Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team composed of psychiatrists and social workers to integrate a holistic approach to client care, thereby enhancing treatment effectiveness. \n Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment strategies, and community resources available, while advocating for clients' rights and needs when necessary. \n Engage in ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and peer consultations to stay at the forefront of mental health practice. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n In your role, you will work with a diverse clientele that encompasses individuals and groups facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, relationship issues, and adjustment disorders. Your ability to tailor interventions to different demographics will be crucial in promoting effective recovery paths. Qualifications\n \n Must hold a current license as a Mental Health Therapist, including LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. \n A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required. \n Proficient clinical assessment and diagnostic skills are essential for success in this role. \n Minimum of two years related professional experience in a mental health setting. \n Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationships with clients and team members. \n A strong commitment to uphold the highest ethical standards in professional practice. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience in providing therapy in a clinical milieu is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with demonstrable passion and experiential knowledge in mental health. \n Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices or specific therapeutic interventions is a plus. \n Compensation and Benefits\n This rewarding position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
