Key Responsibilities\n \n Provide exceptional, evidence-based therapeutic services tailored to the unique needs of a diverse clientele through various modalities such as individual, couples, and family therapy. \n Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with best practices and patient goals. \n Engage clients collaboratively to establish clear, attainable treatment goals, ensuring active participation and fostering a sense of ownership over their journey to wellness. \n Maintain meticulous clinical documentation that adheres to state and federal regulations, ensuring compliance and quality assurance. \n Utilize our user-friendly digital platform for efficient client scheduling and management of session notes, enhancing workflow and client interaction. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n At Value Health Care Counseling Center, our therapists work with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Qualifications\n \n A Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field. \n Current, unrestricted licensure from the State Board, enabling independent practice as a licensed professional counselor (LPC), licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), or psychologist (PsyD). \n Preferred Experience\n \n Prior experience in an outpatient mental health setting is beneficial but not mandatory. \n Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices. \n Experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes. \n Compensation and Benefits\n We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
