Key Responsibilities\n \n Manage a personalized caseload of clients, establishing strong therapeutic relationships grounded in professional ethics and trust. \n Conduct regular sessions to evaluate progress and maintain open communication about treatment objectives, stability, and planned discharges. \n Collaboratively develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that align with client needs and goals. \n Maintain timely and accurate documentation within our electronic health record (EHR) system, including progress notes and client histories. \n Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine client needs and appropriate services. \n Participate in weekly individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and receive constructive feedback. \n Work closely with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients. \n Adopt a growth mindset to continually improve therapeutic practices and client engagement strategies. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n This role primarily focuses on youth and young adults, addressing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and more. You will work closely with clients to empower them to navigate their mental health journeys, helping them develop coping strategies to improve their overall well-being. Qualifications\n \n A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required. \n Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is mandatory. \n Demonstrable ability to meet credentialing requirements in clinical settings. \n A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients or substance abuse populations is essential. \n Strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, and providing individual and group therapy. \n Proficient computer skills with experience in electronic health records or similar systems. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Prior experience in a community health or outpatient setting. \n Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and best practices in mental health care. \n Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual therapeutic modalities. \n Compensation and Benefits\n The salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
