Key Responsibilities\n \n Utilize a wide range of psychotherapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapies and solution-focused interventions, in client sessions. \n Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather pertinent information regarding clients’ emotional and behavioral health needs and create individualized treatment plans. \n Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, catering to the specific therapeutic needs outlined in each client’s treatment strategy. \n Ensure ongoing evaluation and adjustment of treatment plans based on client progress and feedback, coordinating additional support services where applicable. \n Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all therapy services provided in compliance with facility policies and applicable professional standards. \n Manage an assigned caseload effectively, ensuring proactive communication and collaboration with other healthcare professionals involved in each client’s care. \n Participate in regular treatment team meetings to discuss client progress and refine treatment approaches collaboratively. \n Exhibit a positive and empathetic demeanor in all interactions, ensuring a safe and supportive atmosphere for clients to discuss their challenges. \n Address any patient concerns promptly to enhance overall satisfaction, reinforcing our commitment to patient-centered care. \n Perform additional responsibilities and duties as assigned by the clinical manager or lead therapist. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n The Advanced Mental Health Clinic serves a diverse group of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various emotional and psychological challenges.
