Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and emotional well-being, utilizing evidence-based practices. \n Design and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals. \n Facilitate therapeutic interventions including individual counseling, family therapy sessions, and group therapy workshops. \n Monitor client progress regularly, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and feedback. \n Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies. \n Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards. \n Engage in weekly team meetings and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive treatment approaches for clients. \n Stay informed about the latest trends and research in mental health, integrating new findings into practice. \n Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development opportunities, enhancing clinical skills and therapeutic approaches. \n Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards set forth by relevant licensing boards and professional organizations. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Lifeline Harbor, you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
