This role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and a comfortable work-life balance while serving clients in an outpatient setting. While you will primarily conduct assessments and therapy sessions through digital platforms, there may be occasions for on-site visits to veterans' homes as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Evaluate and assess clients’ mental health needs, including conducting thorough risk assessments and documenting findings with clinical precision.

• Provide crisis intervention, psychotherapy, and in-depth interviews, even in challenging environments that may arise.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary medical teams to accurately diagnose and develop comprehensive management plans for psychiatric disorders.

• Create detailed treatment plans that reflect best practice standards and tailor your therapeutic strategies to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain thorough documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress, adhering to ethical guidelines and compliance mandates.

• Engage actively with care teams, effectively communicating insights and recommendations to optimize patient outcomes.

• Deliver on-call crisis services and emergency consultations to support clients when they need immediate assistance during work hours.

• Conduct mental health evaluations, assessing clients’ backgrounds, including their histories related to substance abuse or criminal behaviors.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution is required (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).

• An active, independent license in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is mandatory.

• A demonstrated ability to manage a high caseload while maintaining effective communication with large healthcare providers and support teams.

• Proficiency in electronic medical records systems and email communication, alongside strong computer skills with Windows applications.

• Knowledge of co-occurring mental health and chemical dependency disorders is essential.

• A valid driver's license is required, along with the ability to commute for occasional on-site visits.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
