Our practice operates Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some scheduling flexibility to accommodate patient requirements. Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day activities will focus on a variety of essential tasks, including:

• Conducting thorough mental health assessments for new patients to accurately identify their needs and create tailored treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse population, including adults, adolescents, and families dealing with various mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and substance use disorders. You will be instrumental in crafting interventions that resonate with the unique backgrounds and experiences of our clients, ensuring they receive culturally competent care that fosters recovery and growth.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

• In-depth understanding of mental health disorders and proven proficiency in various treatment modalities and therapeutic approaches.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on building therapeutic relationships with patients.

• Strong ethical judgment and adherence to professional standards and boundaries.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficient in basic computer applications.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates who have at least two years of direct experience in mental health counseling and those skilled in group therapy dynamics will be favored. Familiarity with the challenges specific to outpatient settings and experience with crisis management will further enhance your candidacy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
