Associate Director, Content Capabilities Lead

The Associate Director, Content Capabilities Lead drives adoption and evolution of content capabilities across the organization, partnering with operations and technology teams to align business requirements with strategic objectives. This role balances current needs with long-term capability advancement while championing continuous improvement and maximizing business value delivery.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate business opportunities and emerging needs to inform capability investment priorities
- Partner with technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
- Lead business readiness activities including stakeholder engagement, change management, and training
- Monitor user feedback and implementation outcomes to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Build relationships with capability leads and collaborate on governance and implementation planning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Digital, Communications, or related field
- 8+ years experience in digital, marketing operations, content operations, or marketing technology roles
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale capability implementation or transformation initiatives
- Experience working in Agile or sprint-based marketing environments
- Strong understanding of marketing technology ecosystems and cross-functional operating models
- Experience leading change management, training, and user adoption strategies for new platforms
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to senior leaders and non-technical stakeholders
