Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a consistent and regular work schedule as directed by your supervisor to ensure effective client management.

• Adhere to all established protocols and directives, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies.

• Provide comprehensive documentation of patient progress toward their therapeutic goals utilizing our electronic medical record systems.

• Participate actively in team meetings, contributing to discussions that improve service delivery and patient outcomes.

• Assist clients with financial or social needs, connecting them to community resources or services as required.

• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance your competencies, aligning with state licensing requirements and best practices.

• Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills while handling a full caseload to maintain high-quality service.

• Prepare for and conduct individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Comply with the requirements for maintaining your Oregon driver’s license and possess valid CPR and First Aid certifications.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on young individuals who are facing a variety of challenges, including academic pressure, family issues, and mental health concerns. You will be responsible for creating a safe and empathetic environment where clients can express themselves and receive the guidance they need to navigate their situations effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited academic institution, such as an MA, MSW, MFT, or PhD.

• An independent license to practice as a mental health professional in Oregon, such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.

• A strong commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development in line with state and national standards.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and their families.

• Experience working in a high caseload environment, with the capability to triage tasks effectively and delegate when necessary to ensure top-notch client care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
