Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to accurately evaluate clients’ mental health and substance use needs, ensuring a tailored approach to treatment.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, as well as facilitate group and family therapy, allowing for a multifaceted approach to healing.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment records, in compliance with state regulations and organizational protocols.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to deliver cohesive care and participate in case reviews and treatment planning meetings.

• Offer crisis intervention services promptly when necessary, demonstrating strong problem-solving and support skills in high-pressure situations.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current trends, best practices, and new research in mental health and substance abuse treatment to ensure that the provided services remain relevant and effective.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
