Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients' emotional, social, and financial needs in collaboration with multidisciplinary team members.

• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions focusing on adjustment issues, grief management, and coping strategies for patients and their families.

• Coordinate post-discharge care plans, working closely with community organizations and resources to ensure continuity in patient care.

• Provide emotional support and education to families regarding treatment options, available resources, and end-of-life planning.

• Participate in hospital committees, offering your expertise in social work to influence nursing practices and patient care initiatives.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, ensuring immediate support is provided to patients and family members during difficult times.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
