Key Responsibilities\n

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions that align with client goals and evidence-based practices.

• Assist clients in crisis management situations by applying de-escalation techniques and facilitating a safe environment.

• Collect and document patient data accurately, continuously monitoring client progress to inform treatment decisions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients at Four Winds Therapy range widely in age and background. Candidates should have a keen understanding of pediatric mental health, as well as experience addressing developmental considerations across the lifespan. We pride ourselves on employing trauma-informed care practices and actively seek to integrate current research methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and even emerging practices such as psychedelic integration counseling.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field is required.

• Applicant must possess current licensure in the state of Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or an Associate LMHC.

• At least one year of experience working in behavioral or mental health settings.

• Familiarity with trauma-informed approaches and various modalities in therapeutic practices.

• Experience and knowledge in pediatric mental health care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
