Strategic Executive Assistant to VP, Product Support

Figma is seeking an Executive Assistant to the VP, Product Support to keep the team organized and focused on growth. You’ll manage calendars, coordinate travel, prepare materials, and act as a strategic partner across the Product Support leadership and cross-functional teams. This full-time role can be based in one of our US hubs or remotely within the United States, with involvement in leadership meetings, budget processes, and high-priority projects as the VP’s right-hand partner. #J-18808-Ljbffr MaziCTools
